South African wine lovers have a serious reason to pay attention.
Wineries.co.za is giving entrants the opportunity to win a share of 120 bottles of South African wine, sourced from a broad collection of producers across the Cape.
This is not a standard giveaway. The prize brings together wines from Stellenbosch, Robertson, Franschhoek, Elgin, Durbanville, Paarl, Tulbagh, Wellington, Citrusdal, the Olifants River and the West Coast—covering everything from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc to Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage, Shiraz, Merlot, Grenache, Cap Classique and even Gewürztraminer.
Whether you are building a cellar, planning memorable dinners, stocking up for celebrations or simply enjoy discovering new producers, this competition offers a substantial introduction to the depth and diversity of South African wine.

A total of 120 bottles of wine will be shared among three winners:
Every bottle in the prize pool is a standard 750 ml bottle, contributed by participating wineries. The final allocation of wines, cultivars and vintages remains subject to availability, as set out in the official competition terms and conditions.
The strength of this prize is the variety. Rather than offering a handful of bottles from one producer, Wineries.co.za has assembled a cross-section of South African wine regions and styles.
There are crisp whites for summer lunches, serious reds for the dinner table, aromatic wines for adventurous drinkers, Cap Classique for celebrations, and several regional expressions of familiar varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz.
It is an opportunity to compare wines from different regions, encounter producers you may not have tried before and discover how diverse South African wine can be.
From Elgin, Almenkerk Wine Estate contributes an elegant cool-climate red to the prize selection.
Robertson's Arendsig Wines is one of the most broadly represented producers in the competition, bringing a diverse selection of classic South African varietals.
The West Coast joins the prize through Blake Family Wines, with one of South Africa's signature white varieties.
Robertson Chardonnay has a strong reputation, and De Wetshof Estate brings that story into the competition.
Stellenbosch is represented by a bold red-wine classic from Ernie Els Wines.
Franschhoek favourite Haute Cabrière contributes two wines, offering both a distinctive Chardonnay Pinot Noir blend and a reserve-style red.
Elgin appears again through Highlands Road Estate, adding another cool-climate Chardonnay to the selection.
From the Olifants River region, Klawer Wine Cellars contributes both red and white South African staples.
Paarl contributes a Shiraz through Klein Parys Vineyards, adding another rich red-wine option to the prize.
Kleine Draken contributes one of the more unusual wines in the lineup: an aromatic Gewürztraminer.
Stellenbosch producer Koelenhof adds an Italian grape variety to the prize selection.
From Franschhoek, Le Manoir de Brendel contributes a reserve-style wine to broaden the selection.
Tulbagh is represented by Manley Wine Estate, adding another regional expression of Shiraz.
Wellington's Mont du Toit adds another Shiraz to a strong red-wine lineup.
Durbanville producer Nitida has one of the largest selections in the competition, with whites, reds and Cap Classique included.
Stellenbosch's Nuiba Wines contributes another Shiraz to the prize.
Citrusdal's Piekenierskloof Wines brings a mountain-grown Grenache Noir to the lineup.
Super Single Vineyards adds Merlot to the broad range of classic red varieties in the prize.
No purchase is required to enter. Optional actions may include newsletter sign-up, campaign engagement or referring up to five friends. Additional points may improve an entrant's chance in the weighted lucky draw, but do not guarantee a prize.
